Built for the people who'd never book a therapist.

Most people who are struggling do not have a diagnosed condition. They just need support now, not in six weeks.

Why wobble.

100% human. Never AI.

Every response is recorded by a real, qualified therapist who has read your specific situation. Zero automation in the therapeutic response.

Qualified and registered.

Every therapist on Wobble is qualified, registered with a professional body, and vetted before they can respond.

Secure and confidential.

Your Wobble is confidential. Only qualified therapists vetted by our clinical team can access it. GDPR compliant and securely stored.

No waiting lists.

NHS therapy waiting lists can stretch to months. With Wobble, you share what is on your mind today and get a personalised video response within hours.

No commitment.

No weekly slot to keep, no course of appointments to sign up for, nothing to cancel. Send one Wobble when you need it, in your own time, and decide afterwards whether you want another.

Your first Wobble is £9.99, usually £14.99.

We want you to experience Wobble before you pay full price. Your first personalised video response is a third off the usual price.

Pay when you need it. Nothing to commit to.

Use it once, or come back whenever the next thing comes up. Every Wobble is a personal video from a qualified UK therapist. Not a crisis service.

Plans also available, from £8.75 a Wobble. Or £14.99 each as you go.

How on-demand support works.

  • Common questions. How is this different from private therapy?

Private therapy in the UK usually costs £40 to £70 an hour, more in London or with a specialist, with weekly appointments. Wobble is different. You get a personalised video response from a qualified therapist for a fraction of the price, with no appointments or ongoing commitment. It is mental health support designed for people who want practical help now, not a course of therapy.
  • Can I get traditional weekly therapy through Wobble?

Not live weekly sessions, no. But you can use Wobble as regularly as you like: send one each week, or whenever something comes up, and each one gets its own personal video from a qualified UK therapist. If you need ongoing therapy with one therapist, there are good providers who do that, and your therapist can point you towards them.
  • Is this an alternative to the NHS therapy waiting list?

NHS talking therapy waiting lists can stretch to months. Wobble is not a replacement for NHS services, but it gives you access to qualified support within hours while you wait. Many people use it as a first step before deciding whether to pursue ongoing therapy.
  • What can I use Wobble for?

Anything that is weighing on you. Anxiety is where we started and it is still a big part of what we do, but Wobble is set up for low mood, stress and burnout, work worries, relationships, grief, sleep, confidence and the everyday overwhelm most people carry quietly. Our therapists cover all of it, and people are using it for all of it. Your therapist responds to your actual situation rather than a category, so if it matters to you it is worth sending.
  • Can I use Wobble regularly?

Yes. Send a Wobble whenever something comes up: a hard week, a decision you are stuck on, or the same worry coming back. There is no limit and nothing to book. If you want support most weeks, a plan works out cheaper: 2 Wobbles a month for £19.99, or 4 for £34.99. Wobble is not a replacement for ongoing therapy, and if your therapist thinks regular therapy would help you more, they will tell you.
  • Can this help with anxiety and panic attacks?

Yes. Wobble was built with anxiety in mind, including general anxiety, health anxiety, social anxiety and panic, and our therapists are set up for exactly that. It is not the only thing we cover, but if anxiety is what brought you here, you are in the right place. Your therapist will tailor their response to your specific situation.
  • What do I actually receive?

A personalised 5 to 7 minute video recorded by a qualified, registered UK therapist who has properly read what you sent. It covers what they have understood from your Wobble, and then personalised, practical guidance you can use straight away with clear next steps. It is made for you and nobody else, it is never AI, and it is yours to keep, so you can watch it and rewatch it whenever you need to.
  • How much does it cost?

Your first Wobble is £9.99. After that it is £14.99 pay as you go, or from £8.75 each with a plan. You will usually hear back within hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. If you send outside those hours, your response will arrive by 5pm the next working day at the latest, and usually sooner.
  • What is Wobble?

Wobble is on-demand mental health support. You tell us what is going on, by text or by voice note, and a qualified UK therapist records you a personal video response with practical guidance and clear next steps, usually within hours. There is no appointment to book, no waiting list, and nothing to commit to.
  • Who are the therapists?

Every therapist on Wobble is a qualified, registered UK professional, and every one is checked before they respond to anybody. We verify their qualifications, their registration with a professional body and their insurance. They then complete our own training and a clinical assessment on real scenarios before they see a single live Wobble. Wobble's Clinical Lead is James Penney, an NCPS Accredited Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. Your response is always recorded by a human. It is never AI.
  • Is what I send confidential?

Your Wobble is only ever seen by qualified, registered therapists who are contractually bound to keep it confidential, and by our clinical team where there is a safety concern. When you send it, it goes to the therapists who are free to pick it up, and whoever takes it records your response. Get Wobbled Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller (registration ZB681991) and everything is handled under UK GDPR.
  • How quickly will I get a response?

Usually within hours, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm UK time. If you send something outside those hours it will be with you by 5pm the next working day at the latest, and usually sooner. We are actively working on bringing our response times down as the team grows.
  • Do I need a subscription?

No. You can send a single Wobble and leave it there if that is all you need. Plans start at £19.99 a month if you want ongoing support and they work out cheaper per Wobble, but they are entirely optional and you can cancel at any time.
  • Is this a crisis service?

No. Wobble is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or having thoughts of self-harm, please call 999 or contact the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7).
