Our mission
The people who need support most often get the least.
One in three people who are struggling do nothing about it. They don't call a helpline. They don't book an appointment. They don't tell anyone. They just sit with it.
Wobble exists because those people deserve something too. We meet them where they are, on their terms, in minutes not weeks. We need therapists who want to be part of it from the ground up.
The work
One submission. One response. One person's day changed.
Someone is struggling. Maybe they're anxious about something at work. Maybe they can't sleep. Maybe they just feel stuck and don't know why. They open Wobble, share what's going on in their own words, and submit it.
You claim their request from the queue, review what they've shared (text, or a voice note with a transcript), then record a structured 5 to 10 minute video response: what you've understood, practical evidence-informed guidance, and one to three clear next steps they can act on the same day.
Fully remote, and you work when you choose. No appointments, no diary management, no cancellations, no client admin. Pick up work between your own clients, on a quiet afternoon, or whenever fits your week. The queue is there when you have time and invisible when you don't.
What early users are saying
This works. Now we need the therapists.
96%
felt better after watching their video.
96%
felt their therapist truly understood them.
89%
rated the experience very or extremely valuable and would use again.
Figures based on early user feedback. Full methodology provided during training.
Pay
Fair pay for time actually worked.
Around £37 to £60
per total working hour, depending on response type.
Paid monthly by bank transfer. No deductions, no platform fees taken from your earnings.
The number that matters for a working therapist is take-home per total working hour, not the per-appointment headline. In private practice, billable time is typically 50 to 70 per cent of working hours; the rest goes to notes, admin, cancellations, no-shows and marketing. Wobble is close to 100 per cent billable: every working block is a paid response.
Training and onboarding
Trained, signed off, then paid from day one.
You complete structured training in Wobble's response framework: how to review a submission, structure a video that lands in a few minutes, balance warmth with directness, and signpost to further support where appropriate. Self-paced, with support from the Wobble team throughout.
Then one mock video audition, reviewed by our Clinical Lead. Pass that, and you are live.
Paid from your very first response. No unpaid trial period.
